The Home Ground exhibition has now closed and I am delighted to say that it raised some £1750 for the Disasters Emergency Committee, a donation combining art sales and donations from individuals visiting the exhibition in Walden and online. Thank you to everyone who contributed and also to everyone who helped and supported me during the exhibition and in the fairly manic time leading up to it.

Since then I have continued to work of course, and have explored in drypoint the nature of flints, many of which crop up in local fields, battered by the plough, broken and scratched but still remarkably beautiful with their many shades of grey, blue, pink, orange and cream and the curious patterns and ancient impressions found within them.
