Connections

After Michaelhouse we became more confident about entering open exhibitions and in November 2011 I was awarded the Chequers Prize for my etching, Lion Gate – Fading Glory, at the Rheebridge Exhibition , held annually at the Atrium, Cottenham Village College. This led to my first solo exhibition, Connections, in May 2012. The success of this exhibition led to a substantial donation to the East Anglian Children’s Hospice and encouraged me to think of myself as printmaker first and foremost.
